We will come together through ritual, intention, breathwork, yoga & meditation. We will sauna & we will plunge. We will sit and we will focus, allowing the magic of the combined solstice and new moon to set our vision for the coming year.
Itinerary:
6.30 - 7.15pm - Opening Circle & meditation - with ceremonial refreshments
7.15- 8.00pm - Sauna & Plunge
8.15 - 9pm - Intention setting and Yoga Nidra
