Sauna in the Lanes is a year-round sauna experience inspired by the timeless Nordic traditions. Let the gentle heat melt away tension in our beautifully built Nordic-style sauna, made from all-natural materials. The classic layout provides a relaxing refuge for up to 10 people.
The sauna is set in a beautiful historic courtyard, just moments from Brighton beach yet sheltered from the elements. Take a seat to cool down or, if you're feeling brave, take the plunge - literally!
Our dedicated cold plunge pool and refreshing outdoor shower are designed to boost your circulation, sharpen your senses, and leave you with a healthy glow.
Premium sauna in the heart of Brighton
We partnered with Wildhut, a Brighton based luxury sauna specialists, to build our Nordic style wooden sauna. The sauna interior is beautifully finished in thermally treated Alder.
The wide tri-bench seating plan offers a comfortable and spacious experience. Soothing, recessed LED lighting adds to the tranquil atmosphere.
The heart of the heat: our Huum stove
The stove is the heart of any sauna. Our modern, high-quality Estonian Huum stove creates a truly authentic, gentle “löyly” steam experience.
The stove’s beehive design brings out the natural beauty of the stones that deliver a gentle and rich steam for longer sessions. Just ladle on the water, watch the soothing waves of steam rise and feel the magic unfold.
