Frequently asked questions
What is Sauna in the Lanes?
Sauna in the Lanes is a Nordic-style sauna and cold plunge experience in the heart of Brighton’s Lanes. We offer a natural and affordable way to relax, de-stress and boost your wellbeing, all year round.
What is the cold plunge?
The cold plunge is an invigorating outdoor dip following the sauna. It helps boost circulation, reduce inflammation and give you that healthy post-sauna glow. There’s also an outdoor cold shower if you prefer.
Where is the Sauna in the Lanes located?
You’ll find us just off Middle Street in Brighton’s historic Lanes. We’re tucked away in a peaceful courtyard, just a short walk from the beach and central Brighton.
How much does Sauna in the Lanes cost?
The cost for a 45 minute sauna including cold plunge experience is £12. If you would like to stay longer simply book two back-to-back sessions.
If you are a regular sauna lover you can save yourself money by becoming a monthly member, or you buy a pre-paid bundle of five sessions for 49 reducing the cost to less than a tenner a session.
Do you offer sauna bundles or memberships?
We have two memberships to choose from. The Middle Street Membership (£64/month) comes with 8 sessions and a 25% saving of any additional session, and our All Access Membership (£75/month) affords unlimited sessions every month. Both include a free guest pass once a month.
We also have prepaid bundles of 5x sessions for £49. Whether it’s part of your weekly wind-down or a regular wellness ritual, this great value bundle is serious value at under £10 per sauna session.
Enjoy regular deeply relaxing 45-minute sauna sessions, including a refreshing cold plunge. Bundles are valid for 12 weeks from your first visit.
How long is a typical sauna session?
Sessions start on the hour and last 45 minutes, giving you time to warm up, cool off, and repeat the cycle as suits your body. This also allows for additional time to change between the next session.
Is there an age restriction?
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the sauna; this is in line with our insurance, as well as health and safety guidelines.
