 Before you sauna

Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early

Give yourself time to check in, change, and get orientated before your session begins. A calm start sets the tone for your time with us.

Changing room

You'll find a gender-neutral changing room on the first floor, just above the sauna. There are open storage cubbies and security lockers available. Lockers require a £1 coin as a deposit.

Leave your shoes at the door

Please use the shoe racks in the covered vestibule outside the sauna cabin to store your outdoor footwear before entering.

Sauna etiquette

We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful and respectful space. Here's how you can help:

  • We ask that everyone sit on a towel in the sauna for your hygiene and comfort.

  • Chatting with your fellow sauna goers is fine, but please keep conversation quiet and respectful.

  • No phones inside the sauna. Take this time to unplug and unwind.

  • Stay hydrated and listen to your body. Step outside to cool off and drink water as needed.

  • Use the cold plunge or outdoor shower mindfully – they’re refreshing, invigorating, and part of the full experience.
