This intimate session (limited to 15 guests) is designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and gently restored. Through guided rituals, creative exploration, and connection, you’ll begin the series rooted in stability, safety, and presence.

Open Chakra Windows is a seven-part creative wellbeing series inspired by the body’s energy centres, aligned with each New Moon to guide intention, connection, and expression.
Each session invites you to pause, explore, and create. Through a blend of guided rituals, artistic expression, and open conversation, you’ll be introduced to the chakra of the day before moving into your own creative flow — whether that’s writing, drawing, movement, photography, or reflection.
